The Mattress Connection Return Policy:

Please inspect your new mattress at the time of delivery. If there is a defect or a problem we will gladly take it back on the truck that day. Once the mattress has been delivered and is in the home overnight, no returns will be allowed. However, depending on the manufacturer and their existing guidelines, The Mattress Connection is able to offer a comfort exchange through the manufacturer. Some manufacturers only warrant for defects and do not take back mattresses that are too hard or too soft. This is a sanitary issue and we will not resell used bedding. At the time of purchase, our friendly mattress consultants will identify if the mattress you purchased is covered under the manufacturer’s comfort exchange.

If during a delivery there is a problem with your new Iron or Wood bed then please call (240-833-2094) immediately for assistance. Any damaged parts or missing items will be replaced.
